Our web design and development packages start from a base price of €200. Each service is designed to grow your Irish business through smart strategy and technology.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the intellectual property rights in all work created by AA DigitalWorks (including code, design assets, and content) remain our property until full payment has been received.
Upon full payment, ownership of the final website design and code will be transferred to you. However, we retain the right to use the work for portfolio and promotional purposes — as showcased in our live project stream for Ireland — unless you request otherwise in writing.
To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law:
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by Irish law.
If you are a consumer (an individual acting for purposes wholly or mainly outside your trade, business, craft, or profession), you have the right to cancel a distance contract or off-premises contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2022.
This cancellation period begins on the day the contract is concluded. However, if you have requested that we begin providing services (such as web development or SEO work) during the cancellation period, you may be liable for the cost of services provided up to the point of cancellation.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, email, or WhatsApp message).
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
